Saturday’s aren’t the same in Ferry Meadows any longer. Whether you are a runner taking part in the Park Run, a keen cyclist or an all round fitness enthusiast, this 25 minute total body workout using battle ropes will have you pushing yourself further than you might expect. Even for beginners the workout is manageable due to the flexible nature of each exercise.
At agreed venue, including your own home
1-2-1 or 1-2-2 personal training sessions can be arranged. For full details please contact us to discuss further for venue and costs.
Once you’ve made your purchase, you will receive an email from Fit Forever to activate your profile. This will then allow you to complete a PARQ (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire – takes 60 seconds). This is to ensure both you and your trainer can train in safety and check all participant are ready for their exercise journey.
You can also download the App (Fit Forever Training – which is the parent company to the 360 Battle Fit brand) and book the specific dates you prefer and also check how many sessions you have remaining too.
